About Denver Cinema Club

Something for every movie lover!

Denver Cinema Club is a Meetup group for people who love to watch and talk about film. We see mostly independent, foreign, and classic movies, but we'll also catch an occasional blockbuster or cult film. We meet four or five times a week, usually at a theater, but sometimes at a bar or restaurant after watching films at home. It's a friendly group, and everyone is welcome.

In addition to our regular outings, we host or attend special events: film festivals, trivia contests, quarterly mixers, Oscar parties, free advance screenings, etc. Watch our calendar for those, too.

We love group participation! We invite members to organize events of their own (see our Guest Hosts page), and we have a discussion board for any film-related topics you'd like to bring up. We also publish a monthly newsletter of club news and reviews, the Denver Cinema Club Dispatch.
