I'm not sure this board does all these things, but a lot of extensions are available, so I think we can get there.

I like this a lot. It's intuitive and setup was easy (the activation email went into my spam, but that's common, we should probably just warn potential users).

The settings are good, nicely customizable, but pretty basic and simple. The setting to automatically follow posts you comment on was off by default but the privacy setting to let others know when you're "online" was turned on by default. Those were the only two things I changed.
